I went completely gluten and dairy free three weeks ago. I also cut out any artificial colors and sweeteners. Feeling pretty good now. Yesterday I went my first true calorie restriction day. Under 1200 calories. Drank lots of water. The workouts will come next. One step at a time. 15 pounds will be off in no time!

Great job. How many days/wk can you train with weights? Cardio? I’ll pull something together for you.
